It has proven effective in applications in the wood, textile and paper industries.UNISILKON L 50/2 can also be used for plain bearings in metal/ plastic material combinations and as assembly aid for rubber parts like seals.UNISILKON L 50/2 is resistant to hot and cold water and water vapour. It is not resistant to most organic solvents, strong acids and alkaline solutions.Application notes:UNISILKON L 50/2 is neutral towards most metals, thermoplastics and elastomers. Owing to the many different elastomer and plastic compositions their compatibility should be checked prior to series applications.
